Brahma.

The artwork was created in 2011 when I was living in India. I was inspired by Hindu culture and Vedic scriptures about the goddess and their stories. But the most incredible, and interesting story for me, was about Brahma - the great creator god. Well the legends tell that all our universe was created by Brahma and we are just a part of his dream, his imagination… and he is constantly creating new world’s… I think every Artist feels like a creator of his own universe, I found it super inspiring and probably I try my best in order to imagine and draw my own inner creator, my own Brahma… This artwork is digital, but first I usually create the pencil sketch on paper, then redraw it digitally in Hi resolution using mainly photoshop…

Nataraja.

Shiva also known as Mahadeva -The Great God, one of the principal deities of Hinduism. He is the Supreme Being in Sivaism, one of the major traditions within Hinduism. He is also known as a destroyer god, but he destroys in order to create, tearing down to build again. Natarja is a depiction of the Hindu god Shiva as the divine dancer. His dance is called Tandavam. Shiva performs the Ananda Tandava (dance of bliss), the dance in which the universe is created, maintained, and dissolved. Well I got inspiration for this artwork during dancing in one of the trace parties in Goa- India, where I was living with my family for some period of my live. It was approximately in 2010, I was a young artist and a father… So At some point I got powerful inspiration during my dance, I felt that Shiva vibration and lots of energy that comes true my body, the feeling was like the whole universe spinning around me while I’m dancing… So when I came back home I put my inspiration on paper first, then I created digital artwork out of it, the same way I do with most of my digital artworks…

Vishnu.

God of Preservation, Reality, Karma restoration and Moksha; The Protector of Good; Para Brahman, Supreme Being in Hinduism… Same as with Brahma and Nataraja I do not just draw this goddess Because I religiously believe in it… In my case inspiration came from life experience, and it was a hard experience that brought me deep into my inner world and after this experience brought me some wisdom, and I found connections to this devine by going through my life process. This artwork was created in 2010 in the period when I was exploring India and the eastern asia side of the world meeting the beautiful and meaningful cultures and people.
